At InCard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not entirely happy, our team offers a simple and transparent return policy.

Return Eligibility

You may return the product within 30 days from the date of purchase, provided it is in its original packaging, unused, and in resalable condition, with a valid receipt or order confirmation.

Return Process

Email contact@myincard.com with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Securely package the product with all included accessories, include the RMA number on the outside of the package, and ship it using a trackable method.

Refund Process

Returns are typically inspected within 2-3 business days of receipt. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 7-10 business days to appear on your statement. Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method and shipping insurance. The specific return address is provided in your return authorization email.
