This Privacy Policy explains how InCard ("we", "our", or "us") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our InCard tracking devices and related services. By using an InCard product, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

Information Collection

InCard collects only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide our services, including your email address when you sign up for our waitlist or newsletter, device information for service functionality, and basic usage statistics. We do NOT collect the location data of your InCard tracker, personal information beyond what you provide, or browsing history on other applications.

Location Tracking & Privacy

InCard trackers use Apple Find My and Google's Find Hub networks for location services. All location data is end-to-end encrypted, only your authorized devices can see the location of your tracker, and neither InCard, Apple, nor Google can access your location information. Relay devices that help locate your tracker cannot access any information about it.

How We Use Your Data

The limited information we collect is used solely to provide and improve InCard services, communicate with you about purchases, waitlist status, or support inquiries, send opted-in product updates, and troubleshoot technical issues. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

Data Security

InCard implements industry-standard security measures, including TLS-encrypted data transmission, secure encrypted servers, and regular security audits. If you believe your information has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Third-Party Services

InCard trackers integrate with the Apple Find My network, Google's Find Hub network, payment processors, and email service providers. InCard does not have access to the location data processed by the Apple and Google networks.

Your Rights & Choices

You may access and obtain a copy of your personal data, request correction or deletion of your information, opt out of marketing communications, and request data portability. To exercise these rights, contact us and we will respond within 30 days. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CCPA.
