Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to the InCard Item Finder, manufactured by InPlay, Inc., including but not limited to Carbon Finder, InCard Finder, SeekTag, SeekTag G, Tagigo, Tagigo G, and VibeTag (collectively, the "Device"), which works with the Apple Find My network and Google's Find Hub network (the "Services"). By using the Device, you agree to comply with this AUP.
1. Permitted Use
The Device may only be used for lawful purposes, including locating personal items such as wallets, keys, or other accessories through the Apple Find My app or Google's Find Hub app.
2. Prohibited Use
You must not use the Device or Services unlawfully or harmfully, including unauthorized tracking of people or items without consent, privacy violations, interfering with or tampering with the Device or Services, unauthorized access to other users' accounts, introducing malware, or commercial exploitation without written consent from InPlay.
3. Data Privacy
The Device may broadcast a rotating identifier in accordance with the Apple Find My Network Accessory Specification or Google's Find Hub Network Accessory Specification. InPlay does not collect or store location data or any user data.
4. Security
Users must take reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized use or pairing of the Device. If the Device is lost or misused, users should take appropriate action through Apple Find My or Google's Find Hub to disable or remove it.
5. Compliance and Enforcement
InPlay may take action to prevent misuse or violations of this AUP, including notifying authorities if illegal activity is detected. Users are responsible for all actions taken using the Device.
6. Limitation of Liability
InPlay is not responsible for misuse of the Device. Users assume all risks associated with the use of the Device.
7. Modifications
InPlay may update this AUP periodically. Continued use of the Device constitutes acceptance of any updates.
